See amazing animals in three days! This trip takes you to three special places in Tanzania: Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire. Each place is different and full of wildlife. You can see lions climbing trees at Lake Manyara, lots of animals in the big Ngorongoro Crater, and big herds of elephants in Tarangire. This trip is fun and you will see beautiful sights.

Detailed Itinerary

You’ll land at Kilimanjaro International Airport. A representative will greet you and drive you to your hotel in Arusha, a journey of around 45 minutes to an hour. You’ll have time to relax and recover from your flight. In the evening, you’ll meet your guide for a briefing on your upcoming safari. You’ll stay overnight at a comfortable hotel in Arusha.

Start your adventure with an early morning 2-3 hour drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a game drive in the park, where you can see the famous tree-climbing lions and many birds, including flamingos. After a day of exploring, head to your accommodation in Karatu or Mto wa Mbu for a relaxing evening and dinner.

After breakfast, drive about 1.5-2 hours to the Ngorongoro Crater. The views from the rim are stunning. Descend into the crater to see a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, and the rare black rhino. This is a great chance to spot the Big Five. After an exciting day, drive about 1 hour to Tarangire or 30 minutes back to Karatu for your overnight stay.

On your last day, leave early for the 2 hour drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is known for its large elephant herds and beautiful baobab trees. Look out for giraffes, zebras, and predators like lions and leopards. After a day of wildlife watching, return to Arusha for your overnight stay, reflecting on your wonderful safari experience.
