Once in a lifetime experience
We took the Lemosho route for 7 days and it was an incredible experience. Frumence, my guide, has been working on the mountain for decades and brings a lot of experience. He took great care of me and made sure to be there for me in the right moments in the right way. Everyone on the mountain knows him and he has climbed the mountain in all possible ways therefore knowing it inside and out. The crew was incredible as well and happy to work with Frumence as they received fair treatment and also transparent tips in this team! Many people on the mountain were keen to work with him again, which speaks for itself. The crew brings everything you could possibly wish for and you receive all information you need for packing etc in advance. Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and safaris
I had an amazing time climbing mt Kilimanjaro, as well as some very cool safaris with Bora Trekking. The service and staff were all amazing, very knowledgeable and kind, ensuring I summited the mountain safely. It was an experience I will certainly never forget and I’m extremely proud to have done the climb, it was very rewarding and the views and experiences were unbeatable. The safaris were a blast seeing cool animals and driving through the African landscape, a must do for anyone visiting I’m thrilled to have done the safaris when in the area to climb Kilimanjaro. The experiences were all great and I would highly recommend Bora Trekking to anyone interested in traveling to Tanzania. Amazing experience with Frumance, Innocent and the entire team!
Bora Trekking Tour Guides "Frumance" and "Innocent" really gave me an unforgettable experience during my climb of Kilimanjaro. The food was excellent, the atmosphere among the porters was pleasant and the dedication of the chef and waiter to our meals was superb. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the trek was beautiful, albeit tough at times. The boundless positivity of the guides motivated me to finally reach the top. Amazing Machame trekking
I would highly recommend booking your trekking with Frumance + Innocent and the crew. We had an amazing experience on the Machame route (6 days). Everything was organized perfectly, the food was amazing (3 cooked meals every day!), the tent and supplies were all in good order. Best birthday ever!
An experience I will never forget! A friend referred me to Bora Trekking for my bucket list adventure of summiting Kilimanjaro on my birthday. Frumence and his team at Bora Trekking were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond. Bora had a team of 11 people to support us in our climb, everyone was like a close family working together to make sure we were comfortable and our needs met so we could be successful in the climb. We had three delicious meals a day served to our tent, when we had gear issues they were quick to come to the rescue with a solution. After summiting and returning to base camp, the team threw me a surprise party complete with a custom cake, along with singing and dancing! I can’t thank Bora enough for making this extra special for me and my Nephew! Afterwards back in Moshi Frumence took us out for some day tour activities and dinner, then made sure we both were taken to the airport. Frumance the General!

Amazing kilimanjaro tracking
Would defenitly recommend this company. They took care of us very well during the hike, every morning they sang and the cook Jonah prepared very nice meals. Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro with Frumence
We hiked Mount Kilimanjaro on the 6 day Lemosho route on September 4-10, 2022! Our head guide was Frumence and our assistant guides were Noel and Apollo. They were tremendous guides that helped us successfully summit the Mount Kilimanjaro! Frumence is definitely the guide you want if you are going to attempt the climb. He was so much fun to talk to and really brought our group together! Frumence even made time to take us to a local hot spring 2 days after our climb even though he only had a couple more days until he started his next trek up the mountain. Better than expected!
We were guided by Frumence and Noel on a 5 day trek to summit Kilimanjaro via the Machame route. As a small group, and after assessment by Frumence who determined that we were fit enough, we were able to pass all the other groups and reach the peak first that day - which I honestly didn't think we could possibly be able to achieve.
