Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made via email, website inquiry form, or direct communication with our team.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit payment and sending you a written confirmation.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before arrival or on arrival, as agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trip, the following conditions apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit may be refunded (excluding bank charges)
• 15–30 days before arrival: Partial refund may apply
• Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will try to offer alternative options where possible.

Changes to Booking

Clients may request changes to their itinerary. We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.
Additional costs may apply if changes affect accommodation, transport, or park fees.

Prices and Inclusions

All prices include only what is clearly stated in the itinerary. Typically included:

• Accommodation
• Transport in a safari vehicle
• Professional guide services
• Park fees (unless stated otherwise)

Items not listed are considered excluded.

Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Loss of personal belongings

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for trekking or safari activities.
Bora Trekking Tours and Safari is not responsible for any health issues arising during the trip.

Liability

While we take every care to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, Bora Trekking Tours and Safari shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, accidents, or injuries beyond our control
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Changes caused by weather, park regulations, or other unforeseen events

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
